Learning in Law Conference
Strevas will facilitate a session on Generational Diversity at the forthcoming Learning in Law conference in London.
The conference is taking place on the 8th of May 2025 and our session is called Common Ground: Generational diversity and work/life balance.
The 75-minute session will:
- examine common communication challenges between professionals from different generations, working in a law firm environment, with a focus on work/life balance;
- explore effective approaches to navigating challenges and conflicts around differing expectations; and importantly
- empower learning & development professionals with practical strategies and tools to facilitate these conversations within their organisations, so as to navigate such challenges more effectively and support colleagues on this front.
The session will also include a conversation demonstration set in a fictional law firm, where some of the challenges around generational diversity will be enacted as a springboard for the discussions.
