What is Doron’s experience?
Doron is an executive trainer and facilitator with extensive international experience in providing personal communication training and consultancy to professionals. His focus is on outcome-driven communication skills, explored through group learning, experiential workshops (including role-play and forum theatre) and individual coaching.
Doron qualified and worked for several years as an entertainment, intellectual property and commercial lawyer and has held roles both in private practice and in-house. He subsequently re-trained as an actor, in which capacity he has appeared on stage, in film and on television.
Combining his corporate background with the skills and strengths gained from his career as a performer, Doron uses his expertise to deliver training that seeks to enhance effective communication. His work has, to date, spanned the legal sector, the banking arena, luxury goods designers and retailers and world-renowned fashion houses.
What inspires Doron’s work?
For Doron, as each individual has their own experiences and unique knowledge, training amounts to an opportunity to explore different ideas and ways of communication in a collaborative way – one which means that even he, as the person facilitating a training session, may come to view things from a fresh, alternative point of view. And so, Doron’s work is informed by the exploration of perspectives and how that process can contribute to our ongoing growth and development.
