What is Jane’s experience?
Jane is a qualified lawyer, executive coach and accomplished actor with extensive facilitating, training and coaching experience in a variety of sectors.
Jane spent over 6 years as a professional actor, playing leading roles in the West End and at the Royal National Theatre. She then returned to university and qualified as a lawyer, working in private practice and in-house, following qualification at Clintons.
Having obtained her executive coaching qualification with Henley Business School, Jane now has 14 years training and coaching experience. She has worked with numerous leading international and regional law firms, and also clients in the financial services and not-for-profit sectors. In addition, Jane is an accredited divorce coach.
Working closely with learning & development departments, Jane delivers training on personal communication skills, including performance management, leadership, business development, diversity & inclusion, personal impact and client relationship management. She offers training and coaching to employees across the company spectrum, from new grads and business support staff right up to senior partner level or equivalent.
What inspires Jane’s work?
Jane is passionate about enabling individuals to discover new ideas and insights, which lead to practical and tangible steps towards a more successful and enjoyable working life. In both coaching and training sessions, Jane’s key priority is that her clients leave the session feeling supported, listened to and having learnt something which they can utilise immediately.
